I need a Check-Up
Conditions: A crowded classroom full of 25 antsy 5th graders
on a cloudy, dreary, rainy day
during the longest week of the year
when report cards must be done by Friday.
Chief Complaint: Extreme Fatigue
Symptoms: Loss of concentration, Frequently worn out
Lack of energy, tired, dragging, overall lethargy
When is it occurring? The week of daylight savings right before spring break and it is only hump day.

Doctor’s Orders: My Home Remedy:
Increase your intake of fluids Alrighty, I will grab an extra cup of Jo in
the morn and maybe that donut too!

Limit excessive workload. Guess I won’t grade those papers tonight.
Get extra rest Yes, I could use an after school nap
Reduce stress. Ok, that means order Take-out for dinner
Avoid overexertion No problem. I should definitely skip
working out and try a warm bubble bath therapy

Take 1 or 2 Pick-Me-Ups I get that every time I read posts and
And a full Dose of Laughter comments from the Slice of Life.
I will see if this treatment can get me through the rest of the week!
The good news is I heard there is a CURE……..

Hahaha! Love the doctor's orders! I am feeling your pain. My break doesn't start until next Friday and already the kiddos are going bonkers. Report cards are due next week for me as well. Hang in there! It will be here before you know it.
